These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tuga Hardware website (tugahardware.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Tuga Hardware ("we", "us", "our") is a UK based company that sells rugged tablets, handhelds, and related accessories. Our registered address and contact details are available on our Contact page.

2. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur between what is shown on the website and the product delivered. If a product does not match its description in any material way, you are entitled to a full refund under our returns policy.

3. Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

5. Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card (processed by Stripe), and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through our third party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

We offer free standard delivery to all UK addresses. Estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days, as products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. International shipping is available at additional cost, calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have received full payment.

8. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. This is in addition to our 30 day returns policy.

9. Warranties

All products sold by Tuga Hardware come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuga Hardware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Tuga Hardware or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

12. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its availability, or interfere with any other party's use of the website. Automated data collection, scraping, or crawling of our website without our consent is prohibited.

13. Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third party sites. Linking to an external site does not imply endorsement.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, supply chain disruptions, and carrier delays.
